Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we only process refunds for items that are damaged in shipping. This does not include wear and tear that can occur from normal use. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
