Refund policy

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we only process refunds for items that are damaged in shipping.  This does not include wear and tear that can occur from normal use.  If you have any questions about refund policies, please contact us at bigdipperarts@gmail.com.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We want you to be happy with your purchase! Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
